Bugfixes, minor optimisations and skins !

In this update I fixed some bugs, notably some about the XBOX controller buttons not being set up properly I also added skins to the game ! Up to 16 different colours are now available for you to flap your wings in your own fashion :
- Black
- Red
- Green
- Blue
- Gray
- Cyan
- Magenta
- Yellow
- White
- Orange
- Pear
- Pink
- Purple
- Sky
- Teal
